What do you do with my information?
At Mangozz.com we value our customers privacy very highly. We will not sell or give out your email under any circumstances. We keep our customers shipping and email addresses on record for future transactions, but for your security we do not keep your credit card information on file, so you will need to re-input your credit information each time you shop.

How do I stop getting emails from Mangozz?
To stop getting emils from us send en email to unsubscribe@44.206.236.196. with subject “Unsubscribe from Fan Club” and we will remove your email from our Mangozz fan club member list or you can unsubscribe by using the respective link at the bottom of the last email you received from us. How do I delete my account?
At Mangozz.com we value our customers privacy very highly. We will not sell or give out your information under any circumstances. We keep our customers account information for future transactions, but for your security we do not keep your credit card information on file, so you will need to re-input your credit information each time you shop. How do I order?

To start shopping go to “Buy Online” page by clicking on “Buy Online” on the menu.

  • If you have not already logged in, a LOGIN FORM is displayed so
    that you can login or register at this time. We have streamlined our process so that it is not necessary to login or register before ordering. However, if you choose to login or register prior to ordering, we are able to provide you with a more personalized ordering experience. To create an account with us for future transactions please click here. or if you already have an account with us, please use the LOGIN FORM and enter your user name and password then click LOGIN. Once successfully logged in, you should see a “Welcome” message with your name.
  • To have us deliver to you, you will then be prompted to enter the delivery postal zip code. We need this information at the start of the order so that we can determine the shipping cost.
  • Now from our product list click on the item enter quantity, and then click the “ADD TO CART” button. Once the “ADD TO CART” button is clicked, one of two outcomes is possible: if the item was successfully add to your shopping cart, then you will be returned to the product list where you can continue to add items, or you will be
    remain on the item screen and there will be an error message at the top of the page with an explanation of what needs to be corrected
    before proceeding.
  • The “CHECKOUT” button is displayed next to “ADD TO CART” button. Click on this button to go to transactions page when you are done shopping. To place an online order you need to met our minimum order criteria. The delivery minimum is based on a subtotal amount before taxes and delivery charge, and minimums vary by location. Due to
    handling and packaging costs, we require a minimum order of $10 before freight charges. When you are ready to checkout, click the “Checkout” button. An “Anything Else?” page will now be displayed and you have the option of returning to the product list to add more items to your order or continue through the check out process.
  • For delivery orders, you will then be prompted for the complete delivery address following order payment options. Select your method of payment from the list, and enter payment information. Thereafter, you will be shown your order, which will not be placed until you click the “Place Order” button. A confirmation screen will be displayed that reads, “Your order has been submitted successfully.” and a email will be sent once the process has been completed.

How will I know that my order went through?
Our online ordering system will now send an itemized order confirmation e-mail following your order. If the order appears to be incorrect, or you do not receive a confirmation within 48
hours, please contact our online customer service department.

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes we do. Due to handling and packaging costs we require a minimum order of $10.00 net before freight charges.

What if I want to order a larger size than what is available on your site?
Mangozz offers lots of products in many different size options. If you would like to order a product or quantity that you do not see on our site, please contact our Customer Service Department by phone or email to enquire about a special order, or a store location near you.

I saw a Mangozz product in store that I can’t find it on your site, is it still available?
Here at Mangozz, we have lots of different products available. We chose to feature our best-sellers online for the time being, but we will be adding more products all the time. If you are looking for a particular product, and can’t find it on our site, that doesn’t mean it’s not available! Please contact our customer service to order it over the phone, or to find a store location near you.

What is so different about your Mango?

The ZZ Indian Mango comes to you from the Indian Sub-continent known as the cradle of Mangoes. The Indian subcontinent (India and Pakistan) produces more than 60% of the world Mangoes. The unusually hot and humid climate produces a Mango which is sweet, fragrant and unique in taste. USA allowed import of Indian Mangoes in 2007. There are thousands of varieties of Mangoes- we bring you the “Best-of-the-Best”. Our Mango has the following unique characteristics:

  • It comes from a region where the soil and weather results in some of the tastiest and juiciest Mangoes.
  • Our Mango is transported by air, so it can be plucked close to when it is ripe. If Mango is plucked too early, it may not ripen properly.
  • We pre-sell our Mango on our website- we try to get it into your hands as efficiently as possible. This preserves the freshness of the fruit and maximizes the chances that
    the fruit reaches you in the best possible condition.
  • Our mango undergoes all APEDA and USDA specified tests even before it arrives in the USA. Every mango is re-checked on arrival and re-packed in specially designed packing
    material for proper ripening of the fruit.
  • We take possession of the mango at the orchard. We control the mango quality all the way. Our experience in mango selection, handling, transportation, packing and ripening
    is at your service every time you order from us.
  • We do not pre-cool and cold-chain the mango- this helps to preserve the aroma and taste of the fruit.
  • We bring our own fresh mango every week as opposed to others who buy from the market and sell to you.

Can we buy your Mango in stores?
We partner with stores in major cities every year to distribute the Mango to you. If you prefer to purchase your mango in the store, you can inquire about our mango at your local store. The supply chain for distribution to stores is more complex and optimum quality cannot always be maintained. To find a product at a store near you check out our Product Locator.

What is the difference between Premium and Regular Mangoes?
Not all mangoes are created equal. Premium mangoes grow in ideal climate-soil regions of the world. They are lovingly nurtured by growers who have generations of experience cultivating them. They are properly graded, quality controlled, transported and delivered to the consumers in as best a form as possible.

I expect premium price paid mangoes to be perfect. Can you guarantee every mango to be perfect?
GOD made the mango, so he alone can guarantee it. We manufacture a few products and can gurantee the quality on those products. On our part, we do our best to ensure quality- from selecting the proper orchards, to proper quality control and transportation. We focus on delivering the best fruit to you in as good a shape as possible. But despite all this
we cannot guarantee that the next mango will be as great as the previous one. Our effort is to use minimal processing and chemicals. We expect our fruit to taste great, and deteriorate as well as a regular produce item should.

We do not see your products in our Grocery Store- what should we do?
Stores are motivated to keep products that customers ask for. So please ask your Grocery Store owners/managers to keep our products. We are the largest importer of Indian Mangoes and are now setup to deliver to most US Cities. But stores have to place their orders in advance as the supply-chain is complex, season is short and we need
time to deliver. Our products, such as Ice-cream, Jam, Chutney and Pulp are limited in quantity and generally produced during the mango season, so you might need to pester the your local store a little to carry our products.

Can we be assured of availability of Mango this season?
Indian Mango is always in high demand around the world and a steady supply cannot always be assured. However, if you have pre-ordered the Mango on our website, we will have a clearer understanding of the demand, which will help us ensure supply. Shipping & Handling

What is the method of Shipping?
All orders are shipped via USPS/Fedex/UPS and will be calculated by package weight and distance. Most orders are shipped priority, with the exception of non-mainland locations (Hawaii, Alaska etc.) which will be shipped via air. If we determine that a shipment will not hold, we automatically upgrade it to air shipping. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment with your UPS tracking number once your products have shipped. If you have not received your order within two weeks, please contact our Customer Service Department at the contact information below.

Is there a way to know if my order has been shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS/FEDEX/UPS. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment with your tracking number once your products have shipped. Sometimes the tracking email goes to the spam folder, so please look out for it.

When will the payment be charged and what is the guarantee that delivery will be made without error?
Payment will be charged when an order is placed- the process is automated with online credit card processing. Each credit card order actually puts extra financial burden on us, but in the interest of predictability, we bear that cost. We offer online customer care which can be used to troubleshoot shipping errors. Shipping errors do happen, sometimes by us and sometimes by the shipping company- in such cases we work with you to enable the delivery.

How will the Mango be delivered to us? Is the delivery fee refundable?
The mango will be delivered to the address you gave us at the time of ordering. As long as the order is still open, you can modify your order. Once the order is being processed, it cannot be changed and will be delivered. If an order has been delivered, the delivery fee cannot be refunded.

What is a season pass?
A season pass is your commitment to purchase a certain quantity of mango all season long. Different mango varieties have different seasons, so we have different types of season passes. For your commitment to see the season through thick and thin with us, we offer a discount on the cost of the fruit and resolve to bring you uninterrupted supply of fruit all season long. For example, there is the Alphonso season pass, Banganpalli season pass, Kesar season pass, the Langra-Chausa-Dussehri season pass, the Indian and Pakistani mango season passes, the full mango season pass and many more.
How does a season pass work?
Suppose you ordered an alphonso season pass of 10 shipments. Each shipment of the season pass will have a batch date and a box size. The batch date refers to the planned time for the shipment- if everything is on schedule a box will be received fresh within a week of the batch date and shipped to you after quality inspection and packing. By default a batch date is selected for each shipment. However, the user can select a different batch date for every batch date from the available batch dates.
The shipment will also have a box size- the default selection is a Large Box, however, the user can select from the other available box sizes available for that variety.
The price of the season pass will depend on the price of the selected box size for the selected batch dates. If the user agrees to the batch date and box size for each of the shipments of the season pass, the user can add it to the cart. Before checkout, the user can select the shipping option- Next Day shipping or Regular 2-4 day shipping. Once the order is paid for, an order confirmation email will go out- if you are registered and logged in, then the order details will also be available in the order history. You can also choose to register by selecting the Register button available on the checkout page.
The season pass starts executing from the first shipment of the season pass onwards and within a week of each shipment batch date, a new box is shipped to the user. So for a 10 week season pass, a total of 10 boxes will be shipped to the user.
I ordered a Season Pass- now I want to cancel it- why is the cost per box more on cancellation?
We give a discount per box on the Season Pass as it helps us firm up demand for the season and commits the consumer to ride out the season with us. If the season pass is cancelled, the discounted price is not valid. The price is converted to a per box price to calculate the refund.

Is there any order cancellation cost? Can an order be modified?
Yes, the cancellation cost is 20% of the transaction. Each order goes into our planning immediately and we bear order-related costs when we secure an order. An order can be modified or cancelled at any time till processing starts on the order- this is generally a week before the order is shipped. I see mangoes in stores all the time- what is so different about your Mango?

The mango will be delivered to the address you gave us at the time of ordering. As long as the order is still open, you can modify your order. Once the order is being processed, it cannot be changed and will be delivered. If an order has been delivered, the delivery fee cannot be refunded.

What is the size and weight of a mango? Why do you have a variation in weight and count?
A mango will generally be about 220-350 grams by weight. Some varieties such as Banganpalli will weigh more. The weight, size and density of the fruit varies on each lot depending on the environment. Fruit can be large but not weigh much or it can be small and still be higher in density. So we provide a rough range as guidance. In the end, we will pack what can be safely packed in a box.

Where are you located?
Our main office is in Chicago area, but we have operations in California, New Yok and Texas.

Now that Indian mango is being imported for the last many years, the prices should come down. What are you doing to bring down the prices?
The biggest chunk of the cost is for the shipping by Air- these costs have actually gone up. The other option is to bring the mango by sea. An experiment was done in 2009, which failed. We brought our own container in 2010 and that failed too. While we will continue to experiment there, we feel that bringing by sea will require refrigeration of the fruit and that will affect quality. Most of our customers have told us that quality is their top consideration. So we have re-focused our efforts on acquiring the quality fruit and ensuring that best quality fruit reaches the US.

Why is the price of a season pass lesser than the regular box?
The best orchards in India and Pakistan are in demand all over the world. It is extremely important for us to have an estimate of demand as early as possible. So we encourage you to place your orders for the season as early as possible. A lower price for the season pass holders is an acknowledgement of your support for encouraging us to commit to the whole mango season irrespective of its ups-downs-and-uncertainties.

I like to touch and smell my mango before I buy it- I cannot do this on the internet, why should I buy mango at your site?
Our mango does sell in stores too, so you can sometimes buy it there. Some stores sell mango loose in which case you can smell and touch the mango. If you can touch the touch the mango, so can others and this has a negative affect on the quality. If you purchase online, we do the quality control for you. We select the best mangoes from the whole shipment and send them to you. Also, if there are any supply issues with a shipment, the internet orders get top priority- we might cancel the shipments to stores, but will always try to ensure that the internet orders are fulfilled.

I found a site which had mango listed cheaper than your site- why should I buy from you? Will you match their price?
We are the only site which lists out a schedule for a season and we bring our own mango all the way to you. We also try to bring the mango to you as fresh as possible. We do quality control on the mango, not only at the source, but also after it arrives in the US. Not only is the mango re-examined, each mango is re-packaged in a special packing which is designed to protect it as it travels to you and helps in proper ripening and storage of the fruit. We also try to ensure within our limitations that you have a satisfying experience. We stand behind our pricing, our quality and our customer service. We do not try to match anyone else’s price.

I (sometimes) find similar mango cheaper in the market- why should I buy from you on the internet?
In the marketplace, all kinds of pressures govern the price of mango. Sure, if you can study the variations and wait it out, you might get a better price. But you might not always get the best quality, freshness or the choice you get on our website. We feel that our website is the only place in the world, where you can predictably order all the choicest varieties of mangoes at one place with confidence of predictability and quality. Also, there is more predictable supply. Some mango varieties have a 10 day season and then you have to wait a whole year incase you miss your mango for some reason.

I order pears on the Internet and they come out perfect every time. Why can’t you guarantee mango in the same manner?
Some people have compared us to other Fruit/Gift packaging sites. While we are flattered at the comparison, we would like to assert that mangoes and pears are not the same thing- it is like comparing apples to oranges. Unlike many other fruits, Mango is a very sensitive fruit- a whole ripening process has to happen in a mango before it converts its sourness
to sugar. Indian mangoes are complex flavors- this raises the stakes even higher as complex flavors are highly unstable. Every mango is different and not every mango will turn out perfect.
Some will have imperfections inside, some will be weaker than others and some will be great- God made them that way. We try our best to filter out the imperfect mangoes. For the others we guarantee to preserve them for you exactly as God made them. We have access to some of the best orchards that have been growing mangoes for generations. Even they do not guarantee each mango, so we have to accept our limitations as humans. I am willing to pay the price for the mango, but the shipping you charge is too high. Why is it so? I don’t want to pay the shipping and handling cost, what options do I have?
We deliver by USPS Priority Mail, or by fedex and our charge is very reasonable. In many cases we actually absorb a higher cost than we charge. Some users have expressed an interest in more shipping options- we are looking at allowing users to select their own shipping by Fedex for next day delivery.

Why is the fruit cost so high? What happens if the mango is bad on arrival? What happens if the box is damaged on arrival?
These are the very best mangoes available on planet earth!! The fruit is transported by Air, which is costly. Also, due to the sensitivity of the fruit and the long transit time, the spoilage rate is relatively high. All this adds to the cost.
If the fruit is damaged in transit, we give you a full refund for the spoilt fruit (shipping is non-refundable). We are continuously making investments to improve fruit quality and minimize spoilage. Just send us a photograph of the spoilage when you open the box in a timely manner.
I pay so much for this fruit- why will you not give a guarantee for the fruit?
We cannot give a guarantee a product of nature- only GOD can. The Top quality mangoes are very sensitive in nature and prone to spoilage quickly because of their complex flavors. We do our best to filter out bad fruit, but in the end we can only deliver what we receive. Rest assured, the fruit has undergone all specified protocol and process. If the mango still spoils like other produce, there isn’t much anyone can do about it- price paid by you or by us is immaterial when this happens. We do however aim to get the product to you in good shape- after that it is God’s will and your good karma !!

Last year I ordered from your website- one shipment was good, but the quality of the next shipment was different. Why is that so?
Each shipment is different and depends on the weather conditions during that particular week at the orchard. We rely extensively on the orchards, our team at the source and a support group of scientists to give us a green signal for every shipment. Each shipment then goes through certifications from APEDA and USDA before we send them to you. Inspite of this, customers report issues. We encourage customers to provide us with as much information as possible. We do assess the reasons for every deterioration of fruit seriously and make every possible effort to prevent it from happening again.

Does all the processing affect the mango taste?
We are following the process specified by APEDA and USDA. Ideally, the least amount of processing should be done to the fruit. We do make suggestions to authorities based on our experience from time to time. Despite all the required processing, we have been able to maintain good quality is most shipments.

Why do you charge a cancellation fee on your orders? What refund will I get when I cancel a season pass in the middle?
The season is planned in advance and based on orders, we make commitments and pay advance to the orchards. We incur costs when you cancel and order. In order to discourage cancellation and to offset some of our costs, we charge a 20% cancellation fee. Also, the discounted price of the boxes is valid only when you order a season pass and see it through. In case you cancel, the season pass boxes get charged the regular box price and refund is calculated accordingly.

Can I order all the shipments of a season pass to be delivered at the same time and to different addresses?
The season pass is to enable enjoyment of the fruit all season long, so ordering everything from one shipment is discouraged. Also, the delivery is made to a single address. Special shipment requests, such as accommodating a holiday are handled on a need to handle basis- contact customer support if you have such a request.

How do I get a refund?
All refunds are made either through Paypal or by Check. No refunds are issued after 7 days of receipt of the shipment without exception.

Will you deliver mango to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam etc.?
Possibly. Currently we deliver only in the USA. Please check our website frequently to confirm.
