Rattewala

Rattewala is a late season mango grown in the Multan region of Pakistan. It exhibits a raw and rustic mango flavor and is very flavorful. Typically this mango is sucked for its juice.

Rattewala is also known as Azeem Chaunsa (Azeem means ‘Great’), to show that it exhibits some of the greatness of the Chaunsa, but it is closer to Ratol in size and temperament.

The season for Rattewala is end-August to mid-October. When all other mangoes are gone, this mango along with White Chaunsa hold ground till the season is finally over for the year!!
